Subrogation

Subrogation usually involves an insurer pursuing recovery of payment it has made to an insured against a tortfeasor.  Since the inception of our firm, we have had a long history of defending subrogation claims.  As a result, we understand the issues the tortfeasor will be facing when defending against a subrogation claim and are able to zealously defend against the subrogation claim to obtain a favorable result.  We analyze in detail subrogation claims from two primary angles, liability and damages, to either reduce or eliminate the exposure.  Throughout this process we routinely keep the tortfeasor advised of all developments that are taking place in a cost-effective and responsive manner.  This process has enabled us to resolve or get subrogation claims dismissed in an efficient manner.
