Members of our firm represent professionals facing complaints filed with state licensing boards by patients, clients, and third-parties against physicians and surgeons, lawyers, dentists, chiropractors, nurses, real estate agents, and others.  This is a specialty practice, because zealous advocacy directed against board leaders must be tempered with finesse to avoid antagonizing those having considerable influence over the professional’s license to practice.  We help clients respond to complaints, prepare for complaint panel conferences, negotiate corrective action or other dispute solutions, litigate contested case proceedings before administrative law judges, and appeal board decisions to state appeals courts.  Professionals have a constitutionally-respected property right in their licenses deserving of our whole hearted fidelity in opposing board censure, reprimand, probation, suspension, revocation or other adverse administrative sanction.  We do so with vigor, intensity and respect for agency leaders tasked with licensee oversight.
