 Executive Directors, Human Resource Managers, and Supervisors were invited to attend the Seminar at the Lost Spur Golf & Event Center in Eagan.  Topics presented included HIPPA and Data Privacy, Challenging Terminations, Properly Documenting Employee Performance Issues, New 2018 Workers’ Compensation Law, How to Prevent and Respond to Sexual Harassment in the Workplace, and Points of Interest in Discrimination Claims.
