On October 29, 2024, attorney Katie H. Storms spoke at the Department of Labor & Industry’s Workers’ Compensation Summit on the statutory amendments that she worked in drafting for the 2023 and 2024 legislative sessions.  Ms. Storms is a member of the Minnesota Defense Lawyer’s Association and works with the Workers’ Compensation Advisory Council and provides legislative recommendations to the Workers’ Compensation Act from the defensive perspective.
