Susan E. Stokes

Susan has experience in a broad range of practice areas, including employment law, administrative law, and agricultural law.  She advises non-profit organizations on a variety of issues from a legal and practical perspective, having served as executive director of an non-profit organization for more than ten years.  She recently served as Assistant Commissioner at the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, where she over saw much of the agency’s regulatory work.  Susan is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Minnesota, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
