On December 4^th Timothy Jung will be presenting at the 2020 Workers’ Compensation Deskbook Seminar.  Tim will be leading a panel discussion regarding legal presumptions in occupational disease cases.  These presumptions may apply, depending on a number of factors, to certain listed occupations involving heart disease, cancer, infectious disease, COVID-19 and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.  The online live program is December 4^th with an online replay January 15^th.
