Judge Swenson will be continuing his ADR practice in his Of Counsel role, and we look forward to using his many years of practical experience on the bench to assist us in continuing to provide our clients with the highest quality litigation services. Judge Swenson’s ADR practice includes adjudicative work as an arbitrator and consensual special magistrate, evaluative mediation and moderated settlement conferences, and service as a special master. Although his recent focus has centered on family law, Swenson is excited to return to his pre-bench focus on construction and other commercial matters.
